Secondly, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable shopping experience for our customers, including transparent and efficient returns and shipping procedures. Return Policy


    At Safe Passage, we take pride in offering unique and handcrafted bags created by refugees, each telling a story of resilience and creativity. Due to the individuality and craftsmanship of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
    Our commitment to providing sustainable and upcycled items means that each bag is meticulously crafted with care and attention to detail. The uniqueness of these items is a testament to the skill and artistry of the individuals behind their creation.
    We understand that purchasing handmade items online can sometimes be challenging, which is why we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products to help you make an informed decision. However, we encourage customers to reach out to us with any questions, concerns or preferences before making a purchase. Additionally, we offer the option to send you photos based on your preferences, allowing you to choose the ideal item for you.
   While we do not offer returns for reasons other than defects or damages, we are here to assist you in any way we can. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing any issues promptly and fairly.

Shipping Policy


    Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for all orders placed with Safe Passage. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the shipping destination. These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
    It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. Customers are also responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments.
    When we ship your order, we will send you a notification email with tracking information so you can track your package. Once your order leaves Greece, tracking updates are managed by your local postal service. If there are no tracking updates within 3 business days after dispatch from Greece, we recommend contacting your local post office directly with your tracking number for further information on your package’s status. In the event that a customer does not receive their order within the estimated delivery timeframe and it is automatically returned to us by the shipping carrier, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the product.
